English SRTS Parent Survey
Parents:
Please take a moment and complete the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) survey regarding your students' mode of travel to and from school. The survey is for parents with students in grades K-12. If you have more than one child in the Clark County School District (CCSD), attending the same school, please complete one survey only for the eldest student in each school.
The survey asks you to check areas that affected your decision to allow your child to walk/bike to school. With this information, we are able to advance the safety education programs we bring to the schools and improve areas along walking/bike routes to your child's school. The survey will only take a moment and does not ask for any names, however, there is a place for comments at the bottom.

La encuesta es para padres con estudiantes en los grados K-12. Si tiene más de un hijo en el Distrito Escolar del Condado de Clark (CCSD) que asiste a la misma escuela, complete una encuesta solo para el estudiante mayor en cada escuela.
La encuesta le pide que marque las áreas que afectaron su decisión de permitir que su hijo vaya caminando o en bicicleta a la escuela. Con esta información, podemos avanzar en los programas de educación sobre seguridad que llevamos a las escuelas y mejorar las áreas a lo largo de las rutas para caminar o andar en bicicleta hasta la escuela de su hijo.
